Description
- Deliver bulk lubricant products to customers in compliance with state and federal regulations and all company operational and safety policies and procedures.
- Records delivery information to ensure all appropriate documentation is completed at the time of delivery.
- Load/unload trucks with incoming/outgoing orders ensuring proper handling and storage of products.
- Maintain truck and delivery logs in compliance with state and federal regulations and all company operational and safety policies and procedures.
- Follow company delivery route to ensure maximum efficiency of deliveries.
- Ensure products are shipped, received, stored, and allocated correctly and accurately within warehouse.
- Maintain packing specifications and making suitable skids/pallets.
- Operate forklift and other company vehicles and equipment as trained and instructed.
- Provide service to customers and communicates customer needs and inquiries to appropriate department for follow-up.
- Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
- Maintain the physical appearance of warehouse in a safe and orderly manner.
- Perform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean/satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) required
- Must successfully pass pre-employment DOT-regulated drug screen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification in accordance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
- Subject to random drug screens in accordance with company and DOT policies.
- Prior warehouse and route delivery experience REFERRED.
- Forklift experience preferred.
