About the Role
Great Lakes Petroleum is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base within your designated territory, building strong client relationships, and driving profitable sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for sales and the drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quotas by creating new, profitable sales volume for the company through focused expansion of the customer base
- Prospect for new leads and business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Service and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Effectively demonstrate and present our product line to prospective and current customers
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to maximize growth and coverage
Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet or exceed sales goals
- Professional sales appearance, presentation, and demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business setting
Requirements
- Availability for regular travel by car within the designated territory
- Reliable, professional conduct in all customer-facing interactions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
