About the RoleGreat Lakes Management is seeking a dynamic Regional Director of Sales to lead and support sales performance across a portfolio of senior living communities. This role provides hands-on coaching, drives occupancy growth, strengthens sales processes, and develops high-performing sales teams aligned with GLM’s mission and service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support Sales Directors across assigned communities
Drive occupancy growth by coaching on lead management, tours, follow-up, outreach, and conversion strategies
Monitor KPIs including inquiries, tours, conversions, CRM activity, occupancy, and revenue trends
Conduct regular on-site visits to evaluate sales processes, team performance, and brand standards
Partner with Executive Directors, RDOs, and marketing to ensure aligned sales execution
Develop and deliver sales training, onboarding, and performance improvement plans
Support community-level events, outreach, and referral-partner relationship building
Analyze market data, competitor trends, and community positioning
Assist with hiring, mentoring, and onboarding new Sales Directors
Ensure CRM accuracy and pipeline management across all locations
3 years of senior living sales leadership experience (multi-site preferred)
Proven success in occupancy growth and sales team mentorship
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel regularly to communities within the region
Passion for serving seniors and supporting high-performing teams
Full-time, exempt
