- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing education to Resident Assistants, with a primary focus on safe and accurate medication administration.
- Conduct skills validations and competency assessments to ensure staff are prepared and compliant with state regulations.
- Maintain clinical training and competency records for all care staff.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new clinical team members.
- Reinforce and monitor adherence to clinical policies, medication procedures, and safety standards.
- Identify training needs, recommend improvements, and support quality assurance efforts.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment with an emphasis on teamwork and resident-centered care.
- Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience in assisted living, senior care, home health, or long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication, teaching, and coaching skills.
- Ability to lead by example while supporting staff development and confidence.
