Leasing Agent Job Details:
- Hours - Full Time
- Pay Range - $40,000 - $50,000 / year including commissions!
- Location - Minneapolis, MN - Located off Hennepin Ave, near I-94 & I-394

Leasing Agent Job Objective(s):
The Leasing Agent assists in all functions necessary to effectively operate the community. Work independently and as a team to perform leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Leasing Agent greets prospective and current residents in a warm and welcoming manner, conducts property tours
- Compile and process residential applications;
- Navigate and update data through the property management software;
- Coordinate lease signings and conduct move-in orientations for new residents;
- Assist with resident services as needed;
- Log and audit resident packages received throughout the day;
- Perform unit inspections to ensure market readiness;
- The Leasing Agent must adhere to organizational policies & procedures as well as MN Fair Housing laws
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Basic computer skills with an understanding of the Internet and its uses for marketing;
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales related field, preferably in property management.
Working Hours:
Position is full-time, requiring most Saturdays.
