This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Toledo, OH. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance with employment laws, and the implementation of HR policies. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing payroll, organizing training programs, developing workplace policies, and assisting the leadership team with strategic HR initiatives. The role requires ensuring a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's values and goals.

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and labor policies.
• Competence in payroll management and benefits administration.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
• Ability to develop and implement training programs and workplace policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are a plus.
