What You'll Do
- Engage homeowners and generate quality appointments for our roofing, siding, window, gutter, and door divisions.
- Lead by example through consistent performance, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Help motivate and support other team members.
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and coaching.
- Learn how successful field marketing teams are trained, organized, and managed.
- Work directly with field leadership to understand performance goals and team development.
- Help build a winning culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results.
Who We're Looking For
- Previous door-to-door canvassing, field marketing, or appointment-setting experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive, goal-driven personality.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Individuals who naturally motivate and inspire those around them.
- A desire to grow professionally and eventually lead a team.
- Home improvement industry experience is highly preferred.
Previous management experience is NOT required. We're looking for people with leadership potential and the desire to grow.
