Responsibilities

- Engage in face-to-face conversations, utilizing strong communication skills to educate and motivate community members
- Use mobile devices to record interactions, track outreach progress, and gather feedback efficiently
- Promote community involvement through friendly, conversational engagement tailored to diverse audiences
- Manage outdoor work environments while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor
- Assist with fundraising efforts by encouraging support for political causes and initiatives
- Collaborate with team supervisors to meet daily outreach goals and ensure consistent messaging across all interactions
Experience
- Prior field sales or canvassing experience preferred, especially in outdoor or community settings
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership roles in community engagement projects is a plus
- Strong marketing skills that help craft compelling messages during face-to-face interactions
- Customer service background that enhances your ability to connect authentically with residents
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse populations
- Experience with walking as a primary transportation method in outdoor environments is essential
