As a Field Rep, you will be responsible for generating appointments with homeowners by introducing them to our premium residential home products and services. 

We're urgently seeking SEVERAL HIGH ENERGY MOTIVATED TEAM MEMBERS to join our outside marketing team in our expanding location! You will go door to door surveying neighborhoods to generate free, no-obligation inspections and consultations with homeowners for their much needed home improvement needs. This canvassing opportunity will provide a road to RAPID ADVANCEMENT for the right individuals as we are a fast-growing company - constantly looking for future leaders for all areas. 

TYPICAL OUTSIDE MARKETING WORK DAY 

• Work closely AND directly with Field Canvass Marketing Manager through hands-on mentoring, making sure you have all the tools and skills to be 100% successful every day. 
• Get paid an HOURLY WAGE COMMISSION to simply WALK, KNOCK and TALK, generating leads with homeowners to receive free inspections and consultations for their home improvement wants and needs. 
• Knock as many doors as possible, point home problems out and offer a solution.

• Insightful quick morning meetings to track canvass results, statistics and receive 1 on 1 Team Training Exercises.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR MARKETERS 

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED but ALWAYS considered a COMPENSATABLE bonus for applying CANVASS. 
• Anyone with related experience dealing with canvassing, sales, retail, or other marketing/customer service experience. 
• Good communication skills, able to hold a conversation and educate homeowners on our products and solutions. 
• Must be comfortable using a Smartphone or Tablet 
• Quick learners who can think on their feet. 
• Must be comfortable working outside in all types of light weather trends. 
• Must be able to gather customer information and schedule appointments. 
• FULL TIME IS A REQUIREMENT.
• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SOME LIGHT EVENING HOURS.
