Job Overview

The product coordinator ensures that product development goals, milestones, budgets, and timelines are met and accurately executed according to the development plans. They support the Product Manager in the enhancement of existing and development of new products.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Facilities and organizes the entire new product process.

· Provides support to the sales team and production by standardizing the RFQ process

· Coordinates, material quotes, costing, tooling and material delivery timing

· Uses CAD for print creation and updates

· Coordinates customer quality expectations

· Executes part configuration, BOM updates, product costing, tracks new product initiatives and manages customer’s part numbers and description.

· Maintains product portfolio

· Single point of contact for sales team, material procurement, planning and operations for product development.

· Defines quality specifications and success criteria between the customer and operations.

· Conducts market research

· Other duties may be assigned or reassigned at any time.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Organized and problem solver.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Thorough understanding of project management.

· Excellent analytical skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to lead team

Education and Experience

• Two year’s related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; required.
• Preferred experience in the RV or lumber industry
• Prior product coordinator experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
