Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Concrete Contractor Sales Representative to generate new business, manage client relationships, and sell concrete construction services. The ideal candidate has experience in construction sales, understands concrete work (flatwork, foundations, decorative concrete, etc.), and can confidently guide customers from estimate to contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential and/or commercial concrete projects
- Meet with customers on-site to assess project needs and take measurements
- Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals
- Explain concrete options, timelines, and pricing to clients
- Close sales and secure signed contracts
- Coordinate with project managers and crews to ensure smooth project handoff
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project
- Track leads, estimates, and sales activity in CRM or tracking system
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in construction or contractor sales (concrete preferred)
- Strong understanding of concrete services (driveways, patios, slabs, foundations, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to read site plans and perform basic measurements
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills (email, estimating software, CRM)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of concrete or construction industry experience
- Existing network of builders, homeowners, or commercial clients
- Experience with estimating software
