Production Team Member
As a company we value passion, attitude, and hard work. We are seeking a self-driven individual who enjoys learning something new and is passionate about quality products. This is a rare opportunity for someone who enjoys chocolate & dessert making. This position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to follow instructions accurately.
Hit daily production goals while maintaining cleanliness of production area and equipment. Previous baking and pastry experience preferred but willing to train the right individual. Pay based on experience. Ability to work in an environment that requires attention to safety and fast paced work.
The Production Team Member will be responsible for operating equipment, monitoring the production process, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Follow safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- Perform quality checks on products.
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of production data.
- Communicate with Owners and other personnel regarding production issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
