We’re looking for a versatile, Production Team Member to join our kitchen in Traverse City. If you love creating beautiful, high‑quality desserts or chocolate you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily pastry, dessert, and chocolate production
- Assist with small‑batch, handcrafted processes
- Operate equipment and follow recipes with accuracy
- Perform quality checks and maintain production records
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate with the team to keep production running smoothly
Experience in baking or pastry is required.
