We’re a small cast stone manufacturing company looking for a dependable, organized person to help

keep our office running smoothly. This could be ideal for someone looking to transition to a

flexible long term opportunity.

This is not a large corporate environment where you’re responsible for only one task. Here,

everyone contributes, helps each other, and takes pride in seeing projects through from start to

finish. The willingness to multi task and pivot as circumstances require is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes initiative, communicates well

with customers, and enjoys the small company environment.

You’ll work directly with the owner and help manage bookkeeping, customer invoicing, bid tracking,

customer follow-up, and general office administration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
  • Process customer invoices and vendor bills
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Track accounts receivable and assist with collections
  • Maintain organized office records and files
  • Assist with payroll administration
  • Track project bids and quotations
  • Follow up with contractors, builders, and customers regarding open bids
  • Help maintain customer and project information
  • Answer occasional phone calls and customer inquiries
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Experience using QuickBooks Online
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills by phone and email
  • Comfortable following up with customers and contractors
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Proficiency with Excel & the Microsoft O365 software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with construction, manufacturing, masonry, or contractor-related businesses
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
  • Bid tracking or project administration experience
  • Office management experience

Performance Bonus Opportunities

or other business services

  • Following up on project bids that result in new orders
  • Improving office efficiency and organization
  • Helping improve collections and cash flow
  • Other contributions that positively impact the company
