We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders using various accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and JobBoss.
- Manage accounts receivable by generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts to ensure steady cash flow.
- Handle accounts payable by reviewing vendor statements, preparing payments, and reconciling discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions bookkeeping practices aligned with GAAP standards.
- Assist with month-end closing activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles such as GAAP, debits & credits, and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Experience working with accounting software including QuickBooks Online is required and JobBoss a plus.
- Excellent data entry and 10 key typing proficiency, along with analysis skills for account reconciliation and general ledger review.
- Ability to create journal entries accurately and manage complex account reconciliations efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks related to accounts payable/receivable while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. - Manufacturing and Repair Shop experience necessary.
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of AP/AR experience, if no college degree than minimum of 5 years AP/AR work experience.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
