Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic at Great Hire
We are seeking a skilled maintenance mechanic/technician with extensive experience in electrical components.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial components such as motors, variable AC drives, PLCs, servos, sensors, and switches,
• Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial pneumatic system components including pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, and solenoids,
• Maintaining accurate repair and work logs,
• Keeping up-to-date machinery history reports to include repairs, parts exchanges, modifications, and results found through troubleshooting,
• Reading and interpreting equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service,
• Fabricating as needed.
Requirements:
• 5 years of maintenance experience is mandatory,
• Ability to work any required schedule needed for the facility needs,
• Working knowledge of electrical, electronic controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, cutting, welding, fabrication, and tooling,
• Proficiency in reading and following blueprints and schematics,
• Excellent troubleshooting skills covering all areas mentioned above.
