What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daytime Bakery Staff position at Great Harvest Bread Company?
We have a Day Crew position with shifts that fall between 8am and 3pm. All applicants must have Monday through Friday availability. All Applicants must be able to drive and have reliable transportation. We're looking for someone who is happy, good with people and who will contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere. All applicants must be team players who work hard to make life easier on the rest of the team. You will learn how to knead dough and work with fresh-baked bread and other bakery products. You will also work with our Café products - Sandwiches, salads, soups, etc. If you don't have a current food handlers permit you will need to get one with-in two weeks. We need someone who will be sticking with us at least from now into next year. November and December are our busy time so there is no opportunity for vacations during that time, we rely on everyone to be able to work their shifts (we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas days). If you quit before training is over, you won't be paid for the training.
AND, WE'RE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS, so you can spend that day however you like!
