Two years' payroll experience preferred;

Proficiency at 10-key data entry;
Attention to detail and organizational skills required;

Excel and Outlook experience required.
DUTIES: Process monthly and semi-monthly payrolls;
Fund accounting: receipting and general ledger
maintenance;
Process wage garnishments;
Process tax-shelter annuities;
Process and maintain reports to unions and
pension funds;
Process requests for verification of employment;
Duties
Other duties as assigned.
LOCATION: District OfficesBuilding
SALARY: $27.56 per hour
EMPLOYMENT: 12-months/year; 8 hours/day
