* Build rapport with guests and respond effectively to questions and objections.
* Coordinate with other marketing teams to ensure smooth scheduling and guest transitions.
* Meet individual and team tour-booking goals.
* Maintain a positive and professional presence while representing Massanutten Resort.
* Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
