Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Face-to-Face Marketing Agent to engage directly with resort guests. This role focuses on creating positive, natural conversations, providing resort knowledge, and promoting certificate sales and tour opportunities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and thrives in a customer-facing, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet guests warmly and initiate friendly, casual conversations
· Check in with guests regarding their resort experience and satisfaction
· Provide knowledgeable information about resort amenities, services, and activities
· Promote and sell resort certificates and tour packages
· Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence throughout the resort
· Meet performance targets based on sales, guest engagement, and productivity
· Support a positive guest experience and uphold the company’s service standards
Compensation & Incentives
· Weekly earnings ranging $650–$1,000, based on performance
· Hourly plus commission-based weekly pay structure
· Additional bonuses and SPIFF incentives available

Qualifications
· Social, outgoing, and comfortable engaging guests in conversation

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

On-site position at Massanutten Resort includes different terrains, exposure to heat weather such as Waterpark, Family Adventure Park, Resort Events and cold weather terrains outside /inside during Ski Season.
