What You’ll Do
- Own BCBA case leadership: assessment, treatment planning, caregiver collaboration, and data-driven decision-making within a highly skilled RBT team
- Coach and upskill RBTs through structured training, fidelity checks, and on-the-job modeling (supported by our Home Base training hub).
- Track and act on quality metrics (supervision frequency/quality, fidelity, authorization utilization, and more).
What You’ll Bring
