- Monitor quality of work performed by technicians.
- Implement company safety and housekeeping procedures.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Control and maintain tools and equipment.
- Ensure a safe and responsible work environment is maintained.
- Assist with customer warranty issues when necessary.
- Accomplish all supervisory responsibilities associated with branch personnel.
- Directly supervise service personnel.
- Participate in the recruitment of new service personnel.
- Generate repair orders for customer repairs.
- Purchase and control job supplies.
- Train new service personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
