Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and help deliver a welcoming, comfortable salon experience. As a receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key support for stylists and salon management throughout the day.

If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working as part of a team in an energetic, supportive salon environment, this could be a great fit.

Seeking receptionist applicants to greet customers, answer phones, check customers in and out, manage cash drawer and do cleaning around the salon. Seeking some weekday mornings, weekday evenings and weekends. Applicant must be available to work August 17 to September 7 (including Labor Day). Experience working a cash drawer preferred but willing to train the right person. The job pays NJ state minimum wage of $15.92/hr.

No cosmetology or barber license is required for the receptionist position. However, it can be a great opportunity for individuals exploring a future career in the industry to gain salon experience while working toward licensure. Current cosmetology and barber students are encouraged to apply.
