1000$ sign on bonus (break down to 250 after 3 months, 250 after 6 months and 500 after 1 year anniversary). 500$ referral bonus to refer a friend to work ( paid after 6 months of new hire stay with the company).
Mileage reimbursement when travel from 1 job to another job. 1.5 times pay when pick up emergency shifts for call outs
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior caregiving experience (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (a plus)
- Patience, compassion, and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and owns reliable transportation vehicle as well
