As the Returns Operations Coordinator, you will process, inspect, and repackage Amazon customer returns to prepare them for resale. You’ll help manage return inventory and identify patterns that can reduce future issues — a key role in keeping our systems lean and profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and inspect all incoming Amazon returns
- Repack and relabel eligible items for resale
- Update inventory systems accurately
- Organize and maintain returned goods
- Communicate with customer service when needed on return-related issues
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Above-average computer skills — Excel & inventory systems
- Fast and accurate typing (70 WPM preferred)
- Proficiency with AI tools (like ChatGPT) is a major plus
- Critical thinker who takes initiative and solves problems
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay sharp in a fast-moving environment
