Duties
- Perform routine cleaning duties across all facility areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, including HVAC units, lighting fixtures, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Assist with repairs involving residential painting, or other maintenance person tasks to uphold facility integrity.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance and cleaning activities to prevent accidents or hazards.
- Assist in managing inventory of parts and supplies needed for ongoing maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to a clean, organized environment by performing cleaning duties as needed to support overall facility appearance.
Skills
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices within public housing or similar environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
