Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Your enthusiasm for automotive repair combined with your excellent communication skills will drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
• Explain recommended services and repairs clearly, providing detailed auto estimates and options.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmission work, suspension, alignments, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs.
• Upsell additional services and maintenance based on customer needs while maintaining transparency and integrity.
• Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper documentation.
• Write detailed service reports and communicate repair progress to customers throughout the process.
• Assist in vehicle diagnostics by understanding mechanical issues and collaborating with mechanics to identify solutions.

Skills

• Proven dealership or auto service management experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
• Strong sales aptitude with experience in upselling automotive services and auto estimating.
• Mechanical knowledge covering vehicle maintenance, transmissions, oil changes, auto body repairs, air brake systems, alignments, suspensions, tire services, diesel engines, shocks & struts, brake repairs, and automotive repair procedures.
• Familiarity with service writing software and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
