You will own our claims process from start to finish—ensuring every claim is executed flawlessly and every client is delighted. In addition to overseeing day‑to‑day claim handling, you will manage a team of in‑office claim coordinators, partner with field crew and sales representatives, and coordinate with billing and finance to make sure accounts receivable targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new claims from intake through completion.
- Occasionally visit job sites to meet clients and gather details.
- Help teams stay aligned by sharing information and flagging what’s needed.
- Handle escalations by working with the right departments to reach a solid resolution.
- Keep an eye on details and make sure nothing important gets missed.
- Support team members, keep tasks on track, and encourage cross-training and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in claims management, restoration services, or textiles is a preferred. Experience in a construction office, insurance is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and coordinating cross‑functional projects.
- Strong understanding of documentation importance, billing and customer‑service best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, QuickBooks and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Base Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
