We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cleaners. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our environmentally friendly cleaning solutions. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, pricing, and order status.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Promote additional services and products to enhance sales opportunities.
- Help with alteration services.
- Tagging, barcoding, racking, and inspection of items
- Maintains a professional appearance in company uniform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or call center environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
