- We’re seeking friendly and hardworking Lube Technicians to help deliver top-tier service to our customers. You'll assist with vehicle maintenance and customer interactions in a fast-moving environment. Bonus if you have experience replacing brake pads/light mechanical work.
Automotive experience is required however we provide training to meet Grease Monkey standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Brake pad replacements and other light mechanical repairs
- Execute automotive repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to complete tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs and repair options.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the automotive industry preferred.
- Brake replacement and light mechanical skills preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
- A valid driver's license is preferred; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus.
