What You’ll Do
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Warmly greet every customer who arrives, answer basic questions, and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
Master the Process: Work side-by-side with our experienced team to learn step-by-step automotive maintenance processes, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and safety inspections.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Proactively maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment and pit area.
Work as a Team: Communicate effectively with teammates to perform fast, accurate, and high-quality preventative maintenance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Positive Attitude & Driven Mindset: A proactive personality and a genuine desire to learn and succeed.
Strong Communication: Ability to speak comfortably and courteously with customers and team members.
Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and ready to work with a strong sense of responsibility.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced shop environment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid Driver’s License (preferred/required depending on shop needs).
