Hood Technician
Position Overview
Grease Monkey is seeking motivated Hood Technicians to perform vehicle maintenance services in the engine compartment while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Perform fluid checks and top-offs
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades
- Inspect belts, hoses, and engine components
- Recommend services based on vehicle condition
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Assist customers professionally throughout the service experience
Qualifications
- Automotive experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work around vehicle noise, automotive fluids, and varying weather conditions.
