Job Title: Industrial Electrical Estimator
Location: Anaheim, CA (Local candidates only)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Estimator to join our Anaheim office. This role requires strong field experience and an advanced understanding of industrial installations. The right candidate will work closely with our estimating and account management teams to prepare accurate, timely, and competitive bids using Conest Intellibid software.
Responsibilities
- Review blueprints and specifications
- Perform detailed takeoffs and quantity assessments
- Understand and interpret take-offs to ensure scope accuracy and completeness
- Attend job walks and site visits as needed
- Prepare and submit complete bid packages
- Coordinate with project managers and account managers
- Interface with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
- Negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing to support competitive bid strategies
- Maintain estimating logs and proposal documentation
- Maintain organized records of estimates and awarded projects in Conest for historical reference and audit trails
- Assist in post-bid cost tracking to compare estimates vs. actuals for future refinement
- Collaborate in real-time with the estimating team and operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience estimating industrial electrical projects
- Must have Conest Intellibid estimating software experience
- Must be local to Anaheim, CA — in-office presence required most of the week
- Hands-on field experience in industrial electrical installations
- Strong ability to read electrical plans and specs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
