What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pipe Layer(Utility mainline water/sewer installation) experience required position at Graziani Construction?
Graziani Construction is looking for pipelayers for various water/sewer pipe crews. Utility excavation provides a fast paced, fun and rewarding work environment. Constantly seeing new places and learning new skills and techniques with every different scenario experienced across multiple jobsites all while holding the highest standard in safety.
-Individuals must be able to work quickly in a team environment while adhering to high safety standards.

-Most job sites are within one hour of operations.
-Experience in the water and sewer field is required.

-A valid driver’s license and having your own vehicle is required and employees must maintain a clean driving record.
-Must pass a drug test prior to employment and will be subjected to random tests throughout employment.
-Class A CDL is a major plus
Pipelayer responsibilities include:
- Installation of water and sewer mains ranging from 2"-36" PVC/DI/HDPE as well as appurtenances such as valves, bends, copper service lines and laterals
- Safe operation of small engine tools such as chainsaws and cut off saws
- Locating existing utilities
- Connection and fitting of water and sewer mainlines
- Drive company vehicles in a responsible safe manner
- Respectfully interact with public motorists and property owners
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
