Are you a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong understanding of healthcare finance, strategic planning, and risk management? We’re recruiting a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Graystone Eye. The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the overall financial strategy and management of Graystone Eye. The CFO provides strategic financial leadership, oversees all financial operations, acts as a partner and advisor to the physicians, and ensures the organization’s financial health and sustainability.
The mission of Graystone Eye is to preserve the gift of sight and improve lives—one patient at a time. Originally established in 1969, the practice has grown and expanded ever since, and their surgery center and 5 locations now offer a range of ophthalmic, oculo-facial plastics, and optical services.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (master's degree or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving measurable results.
- Experience with expansions and mergers and acquisitions is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, and regulatory requirements.

The base salary for this position starts at $190,000 and is adjusted based upon skills and experience.
