The salary range for this position is $71,757.31 to $107,635.97 annually.

25%- Enterprise Software Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and backend services
- Build internal tools and platforms to reduce dependency on third-party software
- Develop reusable frameworks, APIs, and shared services
20%- Backend Systems Development & Architecture
- Design and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs
- Implement secure, high-performance server-side application logic
- Optimize database schemas, queries, and system performance
- Enforce secure coding practices and enterprise standards
10%- Institutional Cost Optimization & Innovation
- Identify and develop internal solutions to replace costly SaaS platforms
- Partner with leadership on build vs. buy decisions
- Contribute to long-term Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction strategies
10%- DevOps, Testing & Application Lifecycle
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management
- Develop automated tests and ensure code quality and coverage
- Troubleshoot defects and optimize system performance
10%- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with project managers, analysts, and departments to translate requirements into solutions
- Participate in discovery sessions and solution design
- Support customer-facing troubleshooting and technical discussions
5%- Reporting & Data Enablement
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions (SSRS, dashboards, analytics tools)

Experience: Five years to ten years of similar or related experience.
Education: A Bachelor's degree.

- Demonstrated proficiency in one or more backend programming languages, with strong emphasis on C#/.NET and/or C
- Strong understanding of server-side application design, including RESTful API development, authentication/authorization models, and service-based architecture
