Grayson College is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced professional to serve as our Heating, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Technology (HART) Program Coordinator.
This leadership role is responsible for the overall coordination, compliance, instructional quality, and day-to-day operation of our HART program. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring students receive high-quality, industry-relevant instruction while supporting faculty, maintaining instructional equipment, and fostering strong partnerships with industry stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the HART training program
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Supporting instructors and maintaining instructional quality
- Overseeing laboratory and instructional equipment
- Building and maintaining industry relationships
- Teaching courses within the program as assigned
Teaching assignments may vary by semester and could include day, evening, occasional weekend, and dual-credit courses. Instruction may take place on either Grayson College campus, at local high schools, or at other assigned locations.
This is a full-time, 9-month faculty position offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students entering the HVACR workforce.
