Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Specialist located in Nashville, TN. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing stock levels, monitoring inventory accuracy, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring proper storage conditions. Responsibilities also include coordinating with other departments to meet inventory needs, maintaining computerized records of inventory, assisting with shipments and receiving, and ensuring proper handling of products to minimize damage or loss.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inventory Management, Stock Auditing, and Warehouse Operations
- Experience with Inventory Software Systems and Data Entry
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Logistics Processes
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment and lift/move items as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management or logistics are a plus
- Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in distribution or fulfillment industries is highly desirable
