Role: Associate Inventory Administrator
Location: Nashville, Tennessee, 37207
Shift: 1st Shift — 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to oversee shipping and receiving operations for the AT&T Supply Chain facility. This role includes managing inventory, preparing equipment for operations and engineering teams, and coordinating the relocation of materials to support ongoing projects and network services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in warehouse operations.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and inventory management software
  • Experience with shipping preparation (FedEx, UPS, LTL palletizing)
  • Scanning and cycle counting
  • Forklift operation
  • Strong communication skills with management, technicians, and vendors
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Self-motivated and reliable

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a warehousing environment

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and documentation
  • Prepare equipment for pickups and outbound shipments
  • Restock inventory in appropriate warehouse locations
  • Ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance
  • Work with technicians and vendors on pickups, returns, and deliveries
  • Load and unload trucks and support daily warehouse operations

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.36 per hour
