Role Description
This is a full-time, Heating Air Conditioning Technician role. We are currently looking for both an Install and Service Technician.
Install technician will be responsible for installing a variety of HVAC systems, and ensuring compliance with EPA standards. All equipment will be installed as outlined in the sold estimate.
Service technician will be responsible for performing system troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, repairing HVAC systems, and ensuring compliance with EPA standards. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting, diagnosing, and resolving issues in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, and related systems, as well as collaborating with team members to maintain excellent service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in system installation, troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in HVAC systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance and ensuring HVAC systems are functioning efficiently
- Understanding of electricity and its application in HVAC equipment
- EPA certification and compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team member and independently in a remote environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
