Gray West Construction - Project Specialist
Under the direction of the Project Manager or Business Unit Manager, responsible for the coordination of specific components of construction projects or specific internal operation's related projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Utility/ Hybrid Role - Safety, Legal, Stormwater, Compliance monitoring,
Visit job sites monthly
Assist with bid solicitation
Assist with subcontractor buyout
Assist with site services coordination
Assist with change order documentation
Assist with documentation - keep documents organized and process various types of documentation.
Assist with Closeout documents.
Contact subcontractors for various tasks.
Work with the onsite superintendents to support their needs from a process standpoint.
Assist with Bid documents and help collect subcontractor bids.
Manage all necessary compliance and paperwork as required by client and the construction team (to include PM, Superintendent, and PE and/or Program mgr)
Including but not limited to:
Immigration status/I9 compliance
Badging
SWPPP compliance and documentation
Safety compliance
Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
Collects and tracks executed Subcontracts, insurance, licenses, Subcontractor and Supplier releases.
Assists with Owner Change Orders, Pending Change Orders, and Subcontractor Change Orders.
Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1-2 Years’ Experience (or depending on level of PC)
Experience in Procore, Timberline/ Sage highly preferred
