Professional Responsibilities

• Clinical Accuracy: Execute medication administration with precision. We utilize a traditional Paper MAR system and require 100% accuracy in documentation and medical tracking.
• Individual Advocacy: Implement PCISP goals with a focus on independence, choice, and person-centered outcomes.
• Community Integration: Facilitate meaningful community involvement for our residents. You will act as a professional representative of the agency while supporting individuals in social and recreational settings.
• High-Acuity Care: Provide comprehensive support for individuals with diverse needs, including total personal care (grooming/hygiene), medical monitoring (seizures/diabetes), and behavioral de-escalation.
• Professional Documentation: Maintain objective, detailed daily service logs and support records that meet and exceed state compliance standards.
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily household flow, including specialized meal preparation and maintaining a safe, organized environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in a residential or waiver-based setting.
• Competency: Proven ability to read, initial, and manage a Paper Medication Administration Record (MAR).
• Reliability: A valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and a dependable personal vehicle for community transportation are mandatory.
• Credentials: High School Diploma or GED, negative TB test, HCSP Certification and current CPR/First Aid (American Red Cross preferred).
• Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with clinical leads, families, and state consultants.

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive Wage: Starting up to $15.50/hr and $16.00 on weekends!!

Pay: $15.50 per hour

• Certifications: Do you have a current CPR/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross, or are you willing to obtain one immediately?
