Job Summary/Description:
WRDW/WAGT -Augusta, GA is seeking an organized and creative professional to help lead our digital sales efforts in the role of Multimedia Sales Manager. The position works in tandem with the General Manager on business development for the station, specifically championing digital sales.

• Drive digital revenue: Lead the charge in prospecting and closing new digital business, turning local advertisers into digital powerhouses.
• Coach for greatness: Train and mentor our sales team on the latest digital tactics, ensuring everyone on the floor can speak "digital" as fluently as they speak "TV."
• Craft winning pitches: Develop high-impact sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date research to show clients exactly how we’ll win together.
• Own the execution: Maintain meticulous campaign tracking and reporting to ensure every dollar our clients spend delivers real, measurable success.
• Be the face of digital: Join our account executives on sales calls, bringing your expertise to the table to simplify complex tactics and close the deal.
• Innovate constantly: Stay ahead of the curve on digital trends, ensuring WRDW/WAGT remains the go-to marketing partner in the CSRA.
