Concrete Construction & Delivery Team Member

Gray Concrete is an established, family-owned concrete company serving York County since 2006. We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our growing crew.

We're open to candidates with experience in concrete construction, CDL driving, or both. We are looking for people who are willing to work, learn and jump in wherever needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on your experience and skill set, duties may include:

• Safely operate concrete delivery trucks and company vehicles
• Transport concrete, materials and equipment
• Complete required vehicle inspections
• Assist with concrete preparation, forming, placing and finishing
• Perform traditional and decorative concrete work
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Load, unload and move materials
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Work as part of a team and assist wherever needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Dependable, responsible and hardworking
• Positive attitude and team player
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Able to pass applicable PA DOT requirements
• Concrete construction experience is preferred
• CDL is a plus and may be required for certain responsibilities
• Experience with finishing, forming, carpentry or heavy equipment is a plus
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
• Willing to learn new skills

PAY & BENEFITS

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

ABOUT THE JOB

This is an in-person, outdoor position based out of Dover, PA, with work throughout the York County area.

We're looking for people who take pride in their work, show up when they're supposed to and are willing to be part of a team.
