Gray Residential is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and lead high-performing teams across multiple properties in our region. This is a hands-on leadership role—perfect for someone who knows building systems inside and out and thrives coaching teams to deliver excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Lead maintenance supervisors and technicians across our portfolio, ensuring properties stay safe, efficient, and compliant.
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance—from HVAC troubleshooting to capital projects—while managing budgets and timelines.
- Drive vendor partnerships and project delivery, balancing quality, cost control, and safety at every step.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, local codes) and maintain detailed records and reporting.
- Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- 5 years in multi-site property maintenance or facilities management
- 2 years leading teams at a supervisory or regional level
- Expert knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within your region
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and customer-service focus
Nice-to-Have:
- EPA Universal Certification, CPO, or trade certifications (HVAC, CAMT)
- Experience with CMMS or property management software
- Bilingual capabilities
