Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support a large-scale, public-facing Salesforce platform used by over 100,000 users. This system is mission-critical and supports registration and management functions for patients, medical providers, pharmacists, and administrative users.
This role includes hands-on Salesforce development, system optimization, performance monitoring, and mentoring internal staff. The ideal candidate is technically strong, collaborative, and motivated to improve system reliability, security, and overall user experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce products
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware
- Implement and manage Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and access controls
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Perform ongoing system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and mentorship to less-experienced developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure the Salesforce system meets required security and compliance standards
- Establish and enforce common data rules and standards
- Recommend business process enhancements to improve system effectiveness and user satisfaction
- Document technical designs, configurations, and custom code
- Work within an Agile development environment
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency with the Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns
- Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture and access controls
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce Administration
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience with Omniscripts/Vlocity
- Experience with MuleSoft
- Experience using GitHub or similar source control tools
Salary : $50 - $60
