Contract IT Delivery Lead – End User Experience (Onsite)
Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite) Hybrid 3 days a week onsite
Duration: 12 month contract
Overview
We are seeking an IT Delivery Lead to drive technology integration initiatives that enhance our End User Experience (EUX). This role leads cross-functional delivery across infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption of capabilities such as Windows Hello, SharePoint access remediation, and other modern workplace and Copilot-enabling technologies.
This is a hands-on execution role requiring strong project and change management expertise, the ability to manage dependencies, and the leadership to influence teams without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Integration
- Plan and execute infrastructure and application integration activities for EUX initiatives.
- Align technical solutions with business objectives and timelines.
- Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams and track integration KPIs.
Project & Change Management
- Lead governance, reporting, and risk management.
- Apply the appropriate methodology (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum) across varied technical teams.
- Develop communication and change plans to support adoption.
Testing & Adoption
- Oversee system and application testing strategies.
- Ensure deployment readiness and monitor post-launch performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for execution and change activities.
- Build strong relationships with business, technical, and external partners.
- Facilitate decisions and proactively resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years in IT service delivery or technology project management.
- 5 years leading complex change initiatives.
- Strong infrastructure background, especially in end-user and Microsoft technologies.
- Expertise in PM and agile methodologies; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, influential, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Salary : $60 - $65
