About the Role
We’re working with a well-capitalized private investment firm / family office seeking an Analyst to support investment strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of venture capital and private equity investments.
This is a high-exposure, generalist seat where you’ll be involved across the full investment lifecycle - from underwriting and diligence through execution and portfolio monitoring - working directly with senior investment professionals.
Ideal for someone coming out of IB / PE / transaction advisory looking to broaden exposure across asset classes and industries.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and analyze financial models across multiple asset classes
- Support investment evaluation, underwriting, and transaction execution
- Assist with due diligence, structuring, and deal processes
- Manage diligence workflows with bankers, brokers, and external partners
- Prepare investment memos, IC materials, and presentations
- Monitor portfolio performance and key financial metrics
- Conduct market and industry research across sectors
- Present insights and materials to internal stakeholders
What They’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or similar
- Strong financial modeling Excel skills
- Experience building investment materials / IC decks
- Strong communication skills (written verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and ownership mentality
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or commercial real estate
Additional Details
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar preferred
- Must be able to work onsite in Boca Raton full-time
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
