Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Automation QA Engineer – Agentforce with hands-on experience testing and automating AI Agents, Salesforce Agentforce, and LLM-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong QA automation fundamentals and experience validating Agentic AI workflows and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated test cases for Salesforce Agentforce and AI Agent applications.
• Test AI/LLM agents for functionality, reliability, workflows, and expected behavior.
• Validate agent responses, prompts, tool/function calling, integrations, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and regression test suites.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to AI agent behavior, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams on test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Document test scenarios, defects, results, and automation coverage.

Required Skills

• 2 years of hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, or LLM-based applications.
• Experience testing Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI Agent platforms.
• Strong experience with QA Automation and automated testing frameworks.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt testing, agent workflows, tool/function calling, and AI application testing.
• Ability to test non-deterministic AI/LLM applications.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
