Salesforce Administrator
Location: City of Industry, CA

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce Administration expertise, hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick), and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce users, security, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Configure custom objects, page layouts, Lightning Pages, and validation rules.
- Build and maintain Flow Builder automations and approval processes.
- Create reports, dashboards, and manage Salesforce data.
- Support and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick).
- Manage Outlook/Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Perform data migration and integration using Jitterbit or similar ETL tools.
- Maintain data quality using Cloudingo or similar data cleansing tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick).
- Experience with Flow Builder, validation rules, approvals, and automation.
- Experience with Jitterbit (or similar ETL tools) and Cloudingo (or similar data cleansing tools).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required or in progress).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- California-based candidates strongly preferred.
